WHO HAS POPE-LIKE AUTHORITY?
The churches in the episcopacy of the Episcopal churches seem theoretically without the
head of the church. No, this is not the case. To reason that the Episcopalian head is a
theoretical figure rather than a philosophical entity is because it is sensibly composed
and calm as in a difficult situation, to wit: rationality and realism are the essence of the
true Episcopalian head of the church. The silent pope-like power is on every
Episcopalian member’s mind of the church, but it is not spoken in the open. Silences are
more powerful and profound in the government of the Episcopalian church than we care
to admit.
However, I read a lecture delivered at Hillsdale College on September 12 2006, during a
Center for Constructive Alternatives seminar on the topic, “Church and State: History and
Theory,” by Dr. Daniel L. Dreisbach, Professor of Justice, Law and Society at American
University in Washington D.C.
“WALL 0F SEPARATION” BETWEEN CHURCH AND STATE
Jefferson’s wall of separation was drawn to his political cause because of his celebrated
advocacy for religious liberty.
The metaphor frequently referred today becomes a symbol of strict separation in
American legal and political thought. However, the second wall of separation was to
disallow a citizen’s religious expression in the public square. The arguments reached the
Supreme Court of the United States of America and the Justices authored their opinion
which lies solely between Man and his God.
The phrase “wall of separation” entered the lexicon of American law in the US Supreme
Court’s 1878 ruling in Reynolds v. United States, although most scholars agree that the
wall metaphor played no role in the court’s reasoning.
Justice Black and his judicial brethren also encountered the metaphor in briefs in
Emerson. In the lengthy discussion of history supporting the proposition that “separation
of church and state is a fundamental American principle”, an amicus brief filed by the
American Civil Liberties Union and quoted the clause from the Danbury letter containing
the “wall of separation” image.
The Supreme Court’s interpretation in the Constitution and the Amendments does not
address the problem that the Episcopalian church is confronted with.
It is my understanding that the wall of separation between church and state has not come
up as an issue in the United States of America court system. I searched the web and find
no case trial. Discussions and opinions authored by many justices have been issued
dancing around the issue of separation. However, in order to have precedence or a
court ruling upon this issue, the court would have to try a case which is brought before
them addressing the separation of a church within the same denomination having signed
deeds for American Property by Nigeria Bishops or another nationality (country) claiming
jurisdiction over property located in the USA. The property in question is owned by the
Diocese of Virginia by virtue of their canons and ownership via separation of state and
church. Nigeria claims sovereign rule in the United States of America’s land, to wit: St
Margaret’s Church in Woodbridge, Virginia (formerly known as St. Margaret’s Episcopal
Church). St Margaret’s Episcopal Church members in disagreement with the separation
of the church from the Diocese have been sent out, homeless to find themselves a place
to worship the Omnipotent God, The God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob, the Son of God
Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. Will America tolerate Nigeria’s rule over our land?
My book, Utopia: A Way of Life, is a novel in which I envision the problem of separation
of the Episcopate over which the Queen of England is the sovereign head of the church.
Accordingly, my statements concerning this issue have validity. There is no solution to
this problem because it will be an international issue. The Queen of England will find a
solution to this problem by simply consolidating the two sides into two separate entities.
Please note the separation of the Catholic Papacy. Out of a controversy the Roman and
the Constantinople Papacies have emerged. In the Jewish establishment the Sanhedrin
has a similar problem, namely the division of Pharisees and Sadducees. Pharisee
believes in the resurrection to come at the appointed time when the messiah comes at
resurrection. The Sadducees believe that a member of a Jewish party representing the
ruling hierarchy accepts only the opposed to Pharisee oral or traditional law which
opposes Pharisees. The opposing points of view did not physically divide Israel. The
power of the Pharisees was exercised through the Sanhedrin.
The language concerning this simple statement is clear in my mind. The Queen or a
British King is the head of the church. The Archbishop of Canterbury is a subject of the
queen. Unlike the Catholic Popes who were freed when Rome fell in the year 476, the
popes were freed from the rule of emperors and civil authority. This is not entirely true.
Kings regulated ordinances and laws that were passed and popes had to agree to their
laws.
I know that the book will bring many questions that will border on prophesy. I gave a copy
of my book to a Jewish lady and she was unhappy about the cover page. She did not tell
me her displeasure, but I sensed that she was concerned that the size of the cross is not
proportioned to the Star of David or the other images. Was it my oversight or an honest
mistake? Many people looked at the cover page, including the editors from AuthorHouse,
the publisher, and no one had mentioned any irregularity relating to the proportions or
sizes of the images. If I am asked by any of the image religious entities I will gladly offer
my apology.
The Diocese of Virginia is suing the churches in majority who claimed the property
because of the vote being above fifty percent of the congregation in the settlement. They
simply told the minorities to look for another church. The devil was so ecstatic over the
mess that he became their friend and guide to get at each other. The churches belong to
God and the devil had an opportunity to divide the congregations and thought he had
angered God. The cases need humility. People need to re-examine their determination
and think about what Mahatma Gandhi said: “There is nothing so bad in the world. Yet, I
cannot leave religion and therefore Hinduism. My life would be a burden to me if
Hinduism failed me.” Angel Cavatina motioned good response to nothing. There are
obviously other contentions, which have intriguing observations, namely, some of the
rectors that went with the descending congregations are thinking of becoming bishops
for the Nigerian Diocese. This is a noble reward and the elevation to a bishop is quite an
honor and prestige, at least on earth. In heaven, it may not count if one becomes a bishop
for the effort of dividing God’s flock.
It is not my intention to make a prediction what the outcome of the separation of property
settlement will be. It is too bad that Mahatma Gandhi is not here to advocate (“ahimsa”)
nonviolence in the settlement for the people’s sake.
In my voyage to Yahweh library I envisioned my recourse to find an answer to this
question.
Has a case of separation of Church and State been tried in the US Court system?
Stillness is like dead silence
Stillness is the mouth of the soul it does not command empty words or crying to get a
reward. Simply casting new deviation to all who have restoration, nothing is hopeless to
the stillness of our indigenous soul within our identity concealed heart. When we consider
stillness, we look inside the soul to find imagination. It is unseen within the self-indulging
gestalt where it rises to flowering design. Solar radiation beams the rays of living sun
engaging in grows of our brilliantly developing enchanted love. Consider finding God’s
barn, which is profound, and stillness has found its abode for people even in a state of
imagination they heard a word that cried in the utmost of stillness. The wonderful word
was born outside a city, therein we thought to see a large word, however, find first a
humble stable, where stillness dwells in the poorest of accommodations for horses.
We heard when stillness whispered to the word, human life was standing before a gate
and penetrated the word into stillness. This person has attained the ultimate stillness
through the immortal gate. The immortal gate posed a question anticipating entering the
heavenly gate and living a happy and eternal life with the Lord of creation. Stillness has
caught the whispered kaleidoscope of heavenly perception and united the burdensome
soul of mans abode. Why so complicated which stillness is the rudiment of all man’s life.
The essence gives him rest and innermost obedient satisfaction to walk the surface of
the earth. This is hope, love, and the dream of men, immediate and beautiful common life.
In my search for a Utopian life, I was preoccupied with the issue of separation in the
Episcopalian Churches. I have no idea if my thoughts on the issue of the division that will
have everlasting consequences. I must admit that the thought put into penmanship was
guided by one of my angels and it produced controversy beyond my understanding.
Separation is not the way to change the Episcopate in Episcopalian Churches.

The Genuine and Pure Angels
They are a godsend to save or deliver a good deed, When the act seems complicated and doubtful, It may not be the pure or genuine angel, Children are safe from the imposters, But adults oftentimes fall victim to their lies. Life on earth is mysterious and envy ridden, Beware of false prophets and Lucifer’s lies.
